What we collect
Your account email and display name, any birth details you choose to save, journal entries, Sprite conversations, bookings, feedback and support requests.
How it is protected
Your data is stored securely, and each account can only ever read its own records. Journal entries, Sprite conversations and support tickets are private; support tickets are visible only to the administrator of The Painted Lady Tarot LLC.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach this app; we store only subscription status and the identifiers needed to manage your membership.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Data is shared only with the services required to run the app — hosting, the database, the payment processor and the astrology and AI providers that power charts and Sprite.
Your choices
You may edit or remove your saved birth details and journal entries at any time, and you can request account deletion through Contact Support.
