Premium membership
Premium renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. Your card is charged by Stripe at the start of every billing period.
Cancelling
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and your Premium access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. The 7-Day Premium Trial ($5.99) can be canceled before it ends to avoid the $11.99/month renewal; Premium stays active through the 7 days purchased.
Switching plans
Monthly and yearly plans can be switched from your account; the change takes effect at your next renewal date.
Readings
Paid readings may be rescheduled or refunded if you contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Completed readings and delivered recordings are non-refundable.
Billing questions
If something looks wrong on your invoice, submit a request on the Contact Support page with the Subscription / Billing category and we will review it personally.
